The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google API permissions we request
Above All CRM requests Gmail access only when a loan officer chooses to connect a Google account for quote email workflows.
- Gmail send: used to send a quote email from the connected Gmail account when the user chooses the Gmail API send option.
- Gmail compose: used to create an editable Gmail draft for the quote email before the user reviews or sends it.
- Google account email: used to show which Google account is connected.
How the data is used
Google user data is used only to provide user-facing Gmail features inside the app: creating quote drafts, sending quote emails requested by the user, and showing the connected email address. Above All CRM does not read inbox content, scan messages, or use Gmail data for advertising.
Storage and sharing
OAuth tokens are stored only as needed to keep the Gmail connection active for the signed-in user. Google user data is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the requested Gmail functionality, comply with law, or protect the service.
Limited Use commitment
Above All CRM's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Human access to Google user data is limited to cases required for security, legal compliance, or user-requested support.
